NPS® Software zenloop: “TOP COMPANY and “OPEN COMPANY” Awards

We are very pleased that our integrated experience management platform zenloop has been awarded both the “TOP COMPANY” and the “OPEN COMPANY” award. Both are presented by kununu, the largest employer rating platform in Europe with over 3.8 million ratings on more than 900,000 companies. Kununu is a feedback platform that shows how current and former employees perceive a company and its working environment. This provides valuable insights for companies as well as interested parties.

According to this, zenloop now belongs to the selected circle of 5.6 percent of the companies evaluated on kununu that qualified for the “TOP COMPANY” seal and to the even more exclusive circle of just 1 percent of the companies on kununu that carry the “OPEN COMPANY” certificate.

The “TOP COMPANY” seal distinguishes companies that have been praised by their employees on the feedback platform to a large extent. TOP COMPANIES are employers who care about the well-being of their employees and have therefore been positively evaluated by them. The award allows interested employees to compare companies easily and transparently.

The “OPEN COMPANY” seal of approval, on the other hand, distinguishes companies for a proactive approach to employee feedback. Such companies are characterized by authenticity and openness for a critical examination of their qualities as employers. OPEN COMPANIES promote communication at eye level and are also very transparent in the job market. To receive such an award, businesses must actively invite their employees to rate on kununu and at the same time provide employer comments on ratings on kununu. Only if organizations provide insights into the daily work routine in the form of a company profile, will they be considered at all to receive such a seal.

Especially in the categories equality, colleague cohesion and career, zenloop scores with a perfect five-star rating. This is also reflected in evaluation comments such as “a lot of responsibility and trust, bottom-up task formulation and a lot of room for learning” or “Women have just as good a chance at taking on more responsibility at zenloop as men. There are as many female as male superiors”. Furthermore, zenloop is characterized by a recommendation rate of more than 96% among its current employees.
