Since the beginning of the year, we’ve been working on developing smart dictionaries as a brand-new AI module. It’s a significant upgrade from our existing dictionaries to now fully AI powered dictionaries that require very little manual labor.
Ai at its core
Our AI dictionaries detect topics based on the context rather than just fixed keywords. Sentiment analysis will now be more nuanced, identifying sentiments per comment and topic with greater accuracy. The AI will also discover new topics from gathered data and add them to the dictionaries.
