01 Saying Hello

Nice to meet you! This is the first informal conversation with your recruiter. On a 15-45 minutes video or phone call, we want to learn more about your motivation for the vacant position and for zenloop. We will discuss your salary expectations, your availability and clarify the next steps within your recruitment process.

02 First Interview

In this step, you meet your hiring manager. The goal of this 45-60 minutes conversation (in our Berlin office or via video call) is for us to find out more about your professional experience and expectations as well as for you to learn more about zenloop as a company.

03 Practical Task

We live a very hands-on working style at zenloop. That is why we would love to see your amazing skills in action! Depending on the position you are applying for, you will get asked to prepare a practical task for your respective department.

04 Final Interview

Almost done! In your final interview (60+ minutes in our office or via video call), we will dive deeper into the vacant role and the required skill set. You will meet at least one of our founders and also other members of your future team. Depending on the position you are applying for, the length of the interview can vary.

05 Reference Checks

To learn more about what is important for you in regard to your working environment, we will ask you during the application process to give us two to three references that we can contact for a short call.

06 Our Offer

We hope that you are just as convinced of us as we are of you and ask for your autograph – on your new employment contract.
