Who is Lisa Rentrop?
Originally from Sweden, Lisa Rentrop is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a rich background in the tech industry and project management. Before joining us, she was a leader at NEW WORK SE, where she drove strategic alignment, business development, and transformation. Her global experience and knack for building and leading high-performing teams make her a perfect match for zenloop.

Just a few weeks into working at zenloop, Lisa has already established a new mindset for the team. Together with our CTPO Ali Shaheen, she put together a new roadmap taking zenloop into the AI-era, and new core values focusing on a growth mindset, agility, and transparency. We embrace challenges as opportunities for innovation, move swiftly and iteratively to delight our
customers, and foster a culture of respectful honesty and trust. These values are designed to drive our continuous learning, collaboration, and focus on a customer-centric approach.

With Lisa leading the way, zenloop is gearing up for some exciting developments. We’re currently focusing on zenloop 2.0, which places AI at the heart of our platform. Keep an eye out for new features like zenInsights, zenSurvey, and zenScore, as we continue to innovate and enhance our offerings.
