From launching zenSurveys for customizable surveys to introducing AI-powered dictionaries, we’ve designed tools that bring actionable insights closer than ever before.
Customer obsession through Management Meetings and Strategic Planning
Our management team took a hands-on approach this year, meeting with clients one-on-one to gain a deep understanding of their needs and to introduce the upcoming zenloop 2.0.
In addition, our Customer Success team maintained regular check-ins with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and gathering valuable feedback that has helped shape zenloop 2.0. 2025 will see the addition of channels like voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Messenger – across different business lines and different customer journeys – allowing businesses to meet customers wherever they are. The Launch of zenScore
We started developing zenScore in 2024, and it’s nearly ready for launch. Similar to well-known metrics like the Trustpilot score or Google ratings, zenScore will provide a visible, trusted measure of customer satisfaction.
