How Homeday Turned 100,000+ Customer Voices into a Better Real Estate Experience
Success Story

Introduction
Homeday is a digital real-estate agency, connecting property sellers with local partner brokers to deliver a seamless, transparent selling experience. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Berlin, the company works with partner brokers at more than 130 locations across Germany. Since 2023, Homeday is part of the Aviv Group.
With two core audiences – sellers and buyers – Homeday faces a unique challenge: maintaining consistently high satisfaction across very different customer journeys, each with their own expectations and touchpoints.
The Challenge: Multiple Audiences, One CX Standard
Before implementing zenloop, Homeday needed a scalable way to systematically collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback across its two core audiences. The key challenges included:
- Multiple stakeholder groups: Sellers and buyers each experience Homeday differently and have distinct satisfaction drivers. A one-size-fits-all feedback approach wouldn’t work.
- High transaction volume: With 1,500 to 1,700 sales transactions a year, Homeday generates a steady, high volume of customer interactions. Without automation, reviewing and acting on each piece of feedback would be impossible.
- Closing the feedback loop at scale: Homeday wanted to not just measure satisfaction, but actively react to it – routing dissatisfied customers to the right team in real time and giving realtors direct, personalized feedback.
- Support quality monitoring: The customer service team needed its own dedicated CSAT tracking to identify improvement areas and measure the impact of process changes.

Seller and Buyer Journeys: Measuring Satisfaction at Every Step
In July 2022, Homeday implemented zenloop as its central customer experience platform. With seller and buyer satisfaction as the core focus, each audience receives targeted surveys at different touchpoints throughout its journey.
1. Seller
Sellers receive surveys at key milestones throughout the selling process. With 45,337 responses and an average CSAT of 4.44 out of 5.0, sellers are consistently the most satisfied group. Over 90% rate their experience with a 4 or 5, and the score has trended upward from 4.34 in 2022 to 4.48 in 2025. The clearest signal of progress comes from seller NPS, which doubled from 16 in 2022 to 32 today: a 16-point gain that shows satisfied sellers turning into active advocates.
2. Buyer
Buyers are surveyed after key interactions, including after a successful purchase and when a property falls through. With 49,681 responses and a CSAT of 4.27, buyers are also highly satisfied, but leave a bit more room for improvement than sellers.
Realtors are looped in too, but as a secondary signal: after each transaction, sellers and buyers rate their assigned realtor through a survey embedded in an email (67,718 ratings, CSAT 4.30). Realtors give their own feedback through a pop-up in the CRM they work in: eNPS to track wellbeing and spot churn risk early, and lead-quality feedback that goes straight to the pre-sales team (400+ responses a month).
Customer Service: From 48% to over 70% Promoters in 3 Years
One major touchpoint is after interacting with the Customer Support. Here we can see the biggest uprise in customer satisfaction over time:

Integrated via Zendesk, this survey measures satisfaction after every support interaction. With close to 2,000 responses, the support CSAT tells the most dramatic improvement story: from 2.9 in late 2022 to 3.9 in 2026. Promoter share rose from 47.8% to over 70%, while detractor share was cut almost in half.
Key Features and How Homeday Uses Them
Homeday has built a comprehensive feedback infrastructure using zenloop’s core features:
- Multi-channel survey distribution: Surveys are triggered via email at key touchpoints throughout the seller, buyer, and realtor journeys. Realtors give their feedback through a pop-up embedded in the CRM they work in.
- Automated direct action: Through a zendesk integration, detractor feedback is automatically forwarded as tickets to the support team, ensuring no negative experience goes unaddressed.
- Live feeds across the office: Live feeds set up in the office display real-time feedback, bringing the customer into the room and making customer satisfaction visible & top-of-mind for every team member.
- Automated reports for every department: Custom reports are generated automatically for realtors, customer service, and management – each receiving only the feedback relevant to their role.
- Realtor-level email forwarding boosting morale: When a realtor receives a positive score with a comment, they get a live email notification – reinforcing great behavior and energizing the individual.
- Automated alerts keeping you informed: Weekly alerts trigger automatically if the NPS drops by 15 points or the CSAT drops by 10 points, enabling rapid intervention before small issues become trends.
- Understanding at scale with sentiment analysis: With 40% of respondents (over 40,000 people) leaving open-text comments, Homeday runs its own analysis to identify recurring themes and prioritize improvements.
- Expanding the value with Zapier integration: Zapier pushes live feedback from every survey to dedicated Slack channels based on the audience, giving different teams a real-time overview. Homeday also uses zenloop for lead-feedback surveys, which are sent to ClickUp for the pre-sales team to qualify leads.

Impact and Results
Since implementing zenloop in July 2022, Homeday has collected over 100,000 survey responses from sellers and buyers alone – with 40% including open-text comments. The results speak for themselves:
Metric | Result$ |
| Total survey responses | 100,000+ |
| Open-text comments collected | 40,000+ (40% comment rate) |
| Combined CSAT (Seller + Buyer) | 4.35 / 5.0 |
| Seller CSAT | 4.44 / 5.0 (90%+ promoters) |
| Buyer CSAT | 4.27 / 5.0 |
| Support CSAT improvement | 2.9 → 3.9 (+37% since 2022) |
| Seller NPS | 16 → 32 (+16 points since 2022) |

Looking Ahead
With a combined CSAT of 4.35 across 100,000+ responses and a robust feedback infrastructure in place, Homeday is well-positioned to continue improving. The focus going forward is on closing the seller-buyer gap and maintaining the support quality gains. With zenloop’s AI-powered sentiment analysis helping to surface emerging themes from over 40,000 open-text comments, the team has the tools to stay ahead of customer expectations.
