Is my plan limit based on number of send outs or responses?

Each plan has a monthly limit of survey responses.

How many responses will I receive per survey?

This depends on the touchpoint. If your customers receive a survey directly after their experience/transaction and you visualize the scoring above the fold, you may expect a 20% response rate.

What happens when I exceed the number of responses?

If you exceed the number of responses, please upgrade to a higher plan. Your additional feedback volume won't get lost in the meantime.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can choose a different plan on a monthly basis.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes, you can also choose yearly pre-payment. We will offer you a discount if you subscribe for 12 months. This also simplifies your accounting.

What does "users" mean in a plan?

Users are the people who have access to a zenloop account.

What does "channel" mean in a plan?

Channels are different ways in which surveys can be played out, such as zenloop email or website overlay.
