How many responses will I receive per survey?
The number of answers depends on the selected touchpoint and the survey channel used. If customers receive the survey directly after their transaction/product experience and visualizes "Above the fold", zenloop users can expect a response rate of 20 percent and more.
Where are zenloop's servers located?
All our servers are located in Europe. For an extra charge it is possible to use only servers located in Germany.
Are you GDPR compliant?
