The e-commerce expert has been at home in the world of e-commerce for more than 16 years. In management positions at renowned digital companies such as OTTO, Trusted Shops, and HRS, she has gained profound experience in operational management and has witnessed the rapid development of online retail.
As Online Shop Manager at EMP, Angelique Neutel specializes in personalization and CRO. She is intensively involved with dynamic yield and the question at which points of the customer journey personalized content can be optimally integrated. She is currently responsible for 18 European countries in which EMP is active. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, she started many new projects and processes in different companies, from which new teams emerged. Her knowledge is broadly based in off- and online marketing on a European level, especially in the Netherlands, France, and Germany.
Dina is Team Lead Sales at zenloop, the leading integrated experience management platform in Germany. Together with her team, she advises companies in different industries on building and expanding their customer experience management. Previously, Dina built sales teams at Meltwater, a Scandinavian data analytics platform, and studied in Augsburg, Bordeaux and Lisbon.
