Berlin, Germany – 29th of October 2025 – zenloop, a leading European customer experience management platform, and gominga, a specialist in online reputation management, have announced their strategic merger. Both companies have been part of the SaaS.group since 2023 – a global platform that acquires and supports promising B2B SaaS companies – and have since benefited from shared infrastructure, cross-company collaboration, and a unified vision for customer-centric innovation.
As existing portfolio companies that have already collaborated closely and share several customers, the merger marks a natural and timely progression. From now on, both platforms will operate under the name zenloop, to create one unified brand.
