As the year comes to its end, join us as we look back on twelve exciting months, defined by strong growth and even stronger development. In this time our team has not just grown in number, but with intensive team events it has grown together and melded into a small family. Here we detail our zenloop 2018 highlights.
Starting in January with just 15 employees, we’ve now grown to 30 team members from 10 different countries. On the way we’ve not just made the team size bigger, but we have united expertise from differing areas. This means that our customer experience management platform zenloop can build up itself up in the areas of marketing, customer cuccess, sales and content.
To develop the right kind of teamwork we didn’t just use our regular team events but also held two team weeks - one in January on Mallorca, and one in July in Berlin. But if you think the zenloopies were just sitting on the beach sipping cocktails, then you’re mistaken.
Our team weeks are not just there to melt our little family closer together. We also use the time to work intensely on special projects on an inter-team basis that would be otherwise hard to achieve during normal working weeks.
On the last team week, for example, we devised a concept and strategy for the makeover of our new offices on Rosenthaler Platz that we moved into in January. You can read both about the results and more information about our concept in the post on office refurbishment.
2018 was also an important year for our product range. For example, we completely overworked our live feed and significantly increased its functions. With new Google Translate, Magento and Salesforce integrations, we added additional important tools to make our Net Promoter System better fit the needs of our customers.
Alongside all this, we were also very busy at conferences, trade fairs and events. We were at DEMEXCO, K5 and the OMR. We also visited Slush, NOAH and the A-Commerce Day and we are looking forward to additional exciting events and conferences in the coming year.
For 2019 we envision exciting projects, new tasks and challenges and are looking forward to starting with a motivated team in the new year.
