With Zapier we have connected zenloop to the most important business apps. Now you can save a lot of time because Zapier takes over the transfer of the data from one system to the other. Once implemented, the data transfer from your zenloop survey to your business app is completely automatic. With Zendesk, for example, you can create tickets for an incoming survey email directly. Through the connection to Google Sheets it is possible to insert the feedback directly into a spreadsheet. The new integrations offer many possibilities to additionally relieve you in your daily work and to optimize your workflow.
English and German have long been part of the basic equipment, now the helpful tags are also available in French, Russian, and Spanish. With our Smart Labels you can cluster the answers to your survey thematically. This makes the evaluation of comments much more efficient. Once you have defined your labels, the comments are sorted automatically. The three new languages come with a basic set of useful Smart Labels that you can expand as you like. Further language updates are planned.
If you want to keep an eye on your customers' satisfaction, you can use our alerts. Now it's even faster and easier because you can activate the alert directly in the survey. This way you don't have to leave your survey first and select it again in a next step. Just go to the poll you want to be notified about and click on the green megaphone in the top right corner. In a subsequent step, you only have to select what is to be done with the incoming responses.
