Sie sind die Basis f\u00fcr die Verwaltung und das Verstehen des Kundenfeedbacks, denn eingehende Antworten werden sofort automatisch gekennzeichnet und kategorisiert.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Das neue Feature \u2013 die Multilevel f\u00fcr Smart Labels \u2013 bilden sozusagen die Smart Labels Version 3.0. zenloop Kunden haben damit ab sofort noch granularere Analyse- und Handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, um noch besser und effizienter mit ihrem Kundenfeedback zu arbeiten und die Customer Experience zu verbessern.<span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 20px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 20px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/span>Was sind Multi-Level Smart Labels?<\/h2>\n<p>Mit der letzten Version der Smart Labels konnte dem eingehenden Feedback ein bestimmtes Thema (z. B. Qualit\u00e4t, Lieferung oder Produkt) sowie das zugeh\u00f6rige Sentiment (positiv, negativ oder neutral) zugeordnet werden.
